Our ambition is to make ML and LLM application development fast, scalable, reliable, and increasingly autonomous. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve Agoda’s ML & LLM Ops platforms. This role will shape how teams across Agoda build, iterate, deploy, monitor, and scale machine learning and large language model applications. You will operate at the intersection of platform engineering, applied AI teams, and emerging AI coding agents — ensuring our internal platforms are production‑grade, optimized for experimentation, and increasingly native to AI‑assisted development.
