You drive growth by building a nationwide and international community of instructors, promoting the Pilates business model, and coordinating launches and upgrades with commercial initiatives. You manage revenues and margins through pre-sales, training, and proactive client engagement. The role blends sales leadership with community-building to expand Technogym’s Pilates footprint globally.

* Promote the Pilates business model and execute global sales strategies to hit revenue and margin targets across subsidiaries and distributors
* Drive sales of Pilates equipment and solutions across studios, gyms, rehab centers, and fitness professionals
* Identify new business opportunities and form strategic partnerships with Pilates studios and wellness centers
* Build and coordinate a network of national Pilates sales specialists; lead reviews to share knowledge and best practices
* Support Pilates sales specialists to tailor solutions to customer needs and oversee delivery to maximize ROI
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline
* Support product launches and upgrades with commercial initiatives and lead generation in collaboration with Go To Market
* Foster Pilates community engagement and act as brand ambassador worldwide
Responsabilità
* 8-10 years of Pilates industry experience
* Proven sales track record in Pilates with equipment knowledge
* Strong analytical, market analysis, and benchmarking skills
* B2B and B2C sales experience with consultative approach
* Engaging product demonstrations
* CRM proficiency (Salesforce)
* Self-motivated, target-driven, able to coordinate cross-functional teams
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
* Fluent in English
* Willingness to travel for meetings and events
