Discover your Calling We are recruiting for a Head Sommelier position to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco for the 2026 season. As Head Sommelier, you will create and update the wine list in coordination with chefs and the Restaurant Operations Manager, recommend food and wine pairings, advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices. Job Description: - Responsible for delivering on the brand’s promise and provide exceptional dining experience at all times. - Exhibit friendly, caring, and courteous manners when dealing with guests, staff, and fellow employees. - Motivating and providing a working environment in which associates are productive and working together to their strongest ability. - Ensuring positive communication between associates and managers to ensure keeping the morale high.
