PpWe're looking for a Digital Merchandiser to join our team and support the end-to-end buying and merchandising process. This role plays a key part in driving commercial performance by managing product assortments, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure strong business outcomes. /p h3What you'll do: /h3 ul liDefine seasonal product assortments in collaboration with brand partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand vision, commercial targets, and strategic goals; /li liBuild seasonal OTB plans and budgets, and support in their ongoing monitoring to maximize sell-through; /li liManage in-season trading activities, including reorders, cancellations, stock transfers, and markdowns, to optimize inventory and reduce risk; /li liConduct in-depth sales and performance analysis, leveraging insights from past seasons to inform future buys and in-season actions; /li liMonitor product lifecycle and develop carryover strategies to extend the performance of bestselling items and maximize margin; /li liOwn commercial negotiations with vendors to secure favorable payment terms, supplier conditions, and logistics costs; /li liCollaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Digital Production teams to ensure seamless flow of goods from delivery to online activation; /li liPartner with Marketing and Content teams to ensure product visibility and alignment with key campaigns and launches; /li liConduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform assortment strategy, pricing, and new opportunities; /li liDeliver timely and accurate reporting to support internal planning, decision-making, and seasonal strategy development. /li /ul h3What we're looking for: /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years’ experience in Buying and/or Merchandising roles, ideally within the fashion and luxury industry. /li liStrong commercial mindset and proven analytical skills. /li liSolid understanding of product performance metrics and profitability levers. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large data sets. /li liFluency in Italian and English is required. /li liA proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible mindset. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liMonthly lunch tickets, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers. /li liLearning Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projects. /li liBe part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
