Summary
The new hire will join Knauf Italia's sales force with the following responsibilities:
* Management and development of the customer platform and related sales channels;
* Achievement of sales BDG for the area of responsibility;
* Application of commercial policies;
* Drafting of a monthly sales plan;
* Market analysis and trends;
Requirements
* Technical diploma or degree in economics, construction engineering or architecture;
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
* Professional skills: sale of value-added goods and services in the construction market or premium products in other markets;
* Use of office applications and management of own work schedule via CRM;
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, dynamism and ability to work in a team;
* Results-oriented and strong commercial aptitude;
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Salary: Gross annual salary between €35,000 and €45,000 and in any case commensurate with the candidate's experience + variable + equipment and company car + supplementary health insurance.
