Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers.
* Plan sales strategies short and medium term, sharing insights with Product Management for optimal market positioning.
* Manage and develop network of partners within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Programme).
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within vertical markets.
Additional responsibilities include:
* End user consultations
* Engaging with consultants and specifiers
* Liaising with system integrators
* Updating customers with product information
* Growing project pipeline and revenue
* Reporting on sales and project progress weekly
* Analyzing existing customer data
* Market segmentation and positioning
* Contributing ideas for marketing and product launches
* Focusing on margins and forecasting accuracy
* Meeting budgets and targets
Requirements:
* Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in CCTV or security technology markets.
* Knowledge of CCTV, network video systems, and related technologies.
* Ability to work independently, understanding customer needs and creating proposals.
* Familiarity with the electronic security market, IT, and networking channels.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturers is a plus.
* Educational background in Business or Technical fields is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Team player with good organization, judgment, and motivation skills.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting at executive levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in Milan or South Italy, with extensive travel within Italy and occasional travel outside Italy.
