Join us and help run what runs the world. /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pYou will lead the Sales Support team and oversee the implementation of sales support strategy for the ELSE Primary Service Center Italy export business. You will ensure world-class technical and commercial support for internal and external customers across multiple markets and countries. Every day, you will drive sales growth, monitor business results, and enable your Area Managers to successfully sell our Low Voltage and Medium Voltage product portfolio, whilst overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards, commercial targets, and Operational Results (OR) KPIs. /p pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /p ul liLead, mentor, and manage the Sales Support team and Area Managers accountable for export business; set clear targets, develop team capabilities, and drive accountability for sales growth and OR KPI achievement across designated countries. /li liDevelop and implement the local sales support strategy aligned with ABB Electrification Service (ELSE) global vision; monitor, review, and adjust approach to ensure continuous improvement and market competitiveness. /li /ul pMonitor project pipeline, identify sales opportunities, remove blockers, and enable the team to accelerate deal closure. /p ul liDrive enablement initiatives for LV and MV product portfolio. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liProven experience leading sales teams: 8+ years in sales management or sales support leadership roles, with demonstrated success in growing export business, achieving revenue targets, and driving OR KPI performance. /li liDeep expertise in LV MV electrical product portfolios and the electrification/electrical distribution market; or equivalent circuit breakers, switchgear, and retrofit solutions. /li liHighly adept with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent), and project pipeline management methodologies; experience with multi-country sales coordination and international market dynamics. /li liYou are passionate about team development, strategic thinking, and delivering commercial excellence; you are captivated by driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and solving complex customer challenges through innovative sales approaches. /li liDegree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Management, or related field is preferred. /li liYou are fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) is a plus. /li liYou demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to thrive in a matrix organization with cross-functional collaboration. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive compensation: Attractive salary packages and performance bonuses. /li liCorporate welfare: Access to a wide range of services and personal well-being support. /li liCareer development: Structured career paths, individual development plans, opportunities for internal mobility, including international roles, technical and managerial training programs, mentoring and access to global learning platforms. /li liFlexibility and work-life balance: Flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration. /li liEmployee Support: free services like psychological help, wellness coaching, and emotional support for employees and their families. /li liParental Leave: at least 12 weeks of fully paid leave for primary caregivers and 4 weeks for secondary caregivers, promoting DEI values. /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pABB's Service Division partners with our customers to improve the availability, reliability, predictability and sustainability of electrical products and installations.
