Diploma di Ragioneria and/or Laurea in Economia Aziendale, with an excellent academic record.Experience in the role gained in modern, market‐oriented companies, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.Good knowledge of applicable accounting and tax regulations.Basic knowledge of English.Excellent relational and communication skills; ability to work autonomously and in a team.Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines; problem‐solving.Proficient use of PC, Office suite, Excel, Word, e‐mail and main accounting software.Residence in the vicinity of the workplace.
Responsibilities
Operational management of the company's administrative and accounting process.Correctly and effectively handle general accounting, customer, supplier, and bank accounts.Ensure the regularity and timeliness of accounting data, update legal and tax books, archive management, ledger printing.Prepare the financial statements up to the adjusting entries (pre‐tax).Compile VAT registers with related settlements and prepare documents for VAT declarations.Maintain relationships with external consultants (tax advisor and labor consultant) and support the owners in all administrative activities.Perform other accounting and administrative duties required by the role.
