Job Overview:
* Drive the growth of the Solar Module sales business by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
* Conduct regional market analysis focusing on supply/demand trends, government policies, competitors’ activities, and key distributor and installer performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, including distributors, installers, and consultants, with tailored strategies for each.
* Establish and meet quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive initiatives.
* Support regional marketing campaigns such as exhibitions, presentations, and product launches.
* Prepare sales reports for management, tracking progress against goals.
* Gather customer feedback and market trends to inform product strategy in the PV module segment.
* Engage with industry players to align product and service offerings with their needs.
* Develop proposals for customer tenders, optimizing technical and commercial aspects.
* Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure product delivery aligns with expectations.
* Participate in product design reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
* Partner with marketing and sales teams to oversee product launches and rollouts.
Key Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, working with manufacturers or selling to developers and EPCs.
* Proven sales and business development skills.
* Familiarity with customer procurement processes and response strategies.
* Strong decision-making and initiative-taking abilities.
* Experience with financial reports, budgets, and expenditures.
* Sales-driven with a proactive, competitive mindset.
* Effective relationship-building skills with internal and external partners.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Willingness to travel up to 50-60%.
* Proficiency in English and the local language.
