Midea Group, a leading air treatment brand by production volume, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its Industrial Technologies Europe team. The role is primarily remote with an option to work from the Pordenone, Italy office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Stay updated on product launches and transitions to support sales and customer engagement
* Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs
* Collaborate with various departments within customer organizations
* Deliver presentations on new products, project timelines, quality, and technical training
* Document market and customer insights and communicate findings internally
* Assist marketing efforts by analyzing market trends, regulatory activities, and customer feedback
* Support team members in achieving KPIs
* Participate in trade shows and promotional activities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or R&D
* Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications
* Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language
* Motivated, self-sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous
