About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting agents and distributors in Italy to drive product sales and achieve annual targets while ensuring compliance with company policies. They will work closely with the Regional Manager to develop and implement localized sales strategies, nurture key relationships, and support overall regional growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of consumer product sales channels, ideally in 3C, home appliances, or IoT sectors, and experience in personal care categories is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support agents & distributors in Italy to drive product sales and achieve annual targets.
* Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement localized sales strategies, nurture key relationships, and support overall regional growth.
* Understand customer needs in the Italian market, respond swiftly, and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
* Gather and analyze market insights specific to Italy – identifying trends and new sales opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing teams and local partners to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
* Monitor sell-in/sell-out data and assist in accurate sales forecasting.
* Handle product quality concerns and customer complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements:
* Solid understanding of consumer product sales channels – ideally in 3C, home appliances, or IoT sectors.
* Experience in personal care categories (e.g., hair dryers, electric toothbrushes, etc.) is a strong advantage.
* Proven track record in opening new markets, developing business pipelines, and managing key accounts in Italy.
* Familiarity with sales forecasting, inventory control, retail pricing, and managing key retail partners is a plus.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required.
