What you will do Supporting the development and follow-up of new products. Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. - Support the innovation funnel - Guide new products introduction by developing time-integrated plans with sales, communications, and production - Build-up business cases to support new product launches in coordination with the markets responsible and HQ Regional Business managers - Ensure line-up performances according to yearly target in terms of volumes, net sales and profitability - Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. - Support the development and update of all catalogues and pricelists - Promote and facilitate the use of materials in the various countries, defining methods and timing of distribution What you need to succeed Must have Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech. Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks. Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance - Education: _Degree/Master, preferred area Marketing / Economics - Professional Experience: _4 years experience in electronic goods/ automotive / high-tech industry or FMCG sector - Languages:_ Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
