As a QA Support Agent, you\'ll play a key role in ensuring our Final Travel Documents are accurate and client-ready before being sent. You\'ll review, verify, and manage documents, working closely with our Support and Operations teams to maintain our high standards. Key Responsibilities:
Review Final Travel Documents (itineraries, confirmations, vouchers) for accuracy and consistency Flag and correct errors, formatting issues, or missing info Implement QA procedures and contribute to documentation improvements Handle urgent or last-minute client-related document updates Master Travelive destinations, services, and itineraries Maintaining organized communication via email and various channels Overseeing client itineraries and documents and ensuring prompt delivery Offer travel solutions based on client requirements and resolving issues effectively and quickly Assist with generating weekly and monthly reports to the Director of Customer Support What we are looking for:
Excellent command of English (written and verbal) Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience in travel operations, support, or quality assurance is a plus Comfortable working with travel-related software and Microsoft Outlook, Excel What we offer:
