Participation in negotiations crucial for the implementation of the company\'s sales plans,Building a sales market through active customer acquisition, including strategic clients, seeking market potential, and proposing solutions in response to customer needs,Building a sales team, settting goals, and monitoring achievements. Coordinating cooperation with sales agents.
