Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.We are looking for an SITE INDUSTRIAL QUALITY MANAGER.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee Industrial Quality activities: budget, people, processes, and performance;Drive Performance (APSYS) improvement plans and Zero Defect initiatives;Support PFMEA update and Control Plans delivery;Ensure digitalization of controls;Analyze site performance and resolve anomalies using problem-solving tools;Support GO/NO GO decisions and enforce safety-related production stops;Deploy quality methodologies and manage team development through training and qualification plans.QualificationsMaster’s in EngineeringExperience with Quality tools (Lean Six Sigma, Problem Solving)Strong industrial process knowledgeDesirable: Railway experience; 5+ years in industrial environmentsSkill: Rigor, communication, and technical expertiseFluent English and international mindsetAbility to work under pressure in a matrix organizationAbout YouYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
