He/She will work with the TP-LINK distribution team together with the other team members to help develop the business.The preferred candidate is based in Rome or Naples, but valid candidates from different regions in the South of Italy will also be taken into excellent consideration.Key job role and responsibilities:Design and configure advanced Video-Surveillance/networking solutions and architectures; Introduce product roadmaps and new features to partners and internal departments; conduct technicalworkshops; transfer product/solution know-how; Assist partners/customers/beneficiaries with technical consultations/tests; Market research and technical comparisons with competitor’s products/solutions; Test device/solutions and provide feedback to HQ regarding the functionality; Provide technical support and network assessment on strategic projects for partners and companies.Work effectively within a team environment and offer support to other areas of the business when required.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor degree in Telco Engineering (or similar experience in the relevant area)Ideally 1+ years professional experience in a Presales position for CCTV solutions; Good technical background and competences: advanced CCTV solution understanding; general IP routing and switching principles; deep understanding of cloud concepts and different deployment models; Practical experience with networking implementation is a strong advantage but not mandatory; Very good knowledge of Italian and good English in spoken and written.Very good social skills, communication skills, and organizational skills to manage the customer in the technical side and basic understanding about account and project management.Team player with the ability to support sales department and prioritize cases; Ability to providewritten and verbal explanation of technical aspects to non-technical audience.TP-LINK is always on the lookout for energetic individuals, who are enthusiastic about their work and willing to learn.
