In this role, you will have full responsibility for the commercial success and operational leadership of the Italian entity. You will combine strategic sales leadership with overall business responsibility, working closely with the parent company and other international business units.
What you will do to help drive energy transition:
You take full operational leadership and responsibility for all business processes of the Italian organization, ensuring a competitive cost and performance structure
You develop, implement, and continuously optimize sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across B2B and B2C channels
You drive sustainable and profitable business growth by defining strategic parameters, initiatives, and measures, supported by transparent and reliable reporting
You ensure maximum customer satisfaction while consistently achieving all sales and commercial objectives
You act as the main interface to the parent company, collaborating closely with group functions and other business units
You lead, motivate, evaluate, and develop your management team and employees within your area of responsibility
You actively contribute to personnel-related decisions (e.g. hiring, development, and individual HR measures) in close cooperation with the HR department
What you will need for that journey:
* Completed university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
10+ years of experience in B2B and B2C Sales and Business Development, ideally within the energy sector or renewable energy environment
(e.g. decentralized energy generation, consumption, storage, mid-sized hardware manufacturers, or comparable industries)
Proven track record in building and executing successful commercial and sales strategies
Strong leadership experience with responsibility for teams and organizational structures
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results, customers, and long-term value creation
Experience working in an international, matrix-driven environment is a strong plus
Fluent English is required; Italian is mandatory
