We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts in the hospitality sector with a focus on the UK, DACH, and the USA markets.
The role focuses on implementing effective sales strategies aligned with the Company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Increase production from already consolidated clients;
* Identify new business opportunities in leisure (individual and groups segment);
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies and operators;
* Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms;
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly;
* Analyse regular reports on sales performance and market insights;
* Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory;
* Coordinate with Marketing for promotional campaigns and brand positioning;
* Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry fairs to promote the property;
* Represent the hotel in B2B meetings and presentations.
* Minimum 3–5 years in hotel sales or hospitality industry;
* Strong negotiation and communication skills;
* Positive attitude and good communication skills;
* Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
* Results-driven, proactive, excellent relationship builder.
