We have ranked No.1 in EV battery consumption worldwide for eight consecutive years and in energy storage battery shipments for four consecutive years. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibSales Strategy Execution: /b /liulliDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. /liliAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. /liliCollaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads. /li /ullibCustomer Partner Management: /b /liulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. /liliConduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. /liliAddress customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams. /li /ullibReporting Forecasting: /b /liulliProvide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership. /liliTrack regional performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and conversion rates. /liliManage sales activities using CRM systems to ensure data accuracy. /li /ullibCollaboration Cross-Functional Alignment: /b /liulliCoordinate with Solutions, Marketing, and local hardware teams to align sales efforts. /liliProvide field feedback to influence product and service improvements. /liliLead, mentor, and motivate sales team members, setting clear KPIs and providing coaching. /liliFoster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and customer success. /li /ul /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation. /liliStrong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively. /liliRelevant work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market. /liliProficiency in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; additional languages are a plus. /liliAbility to work collaboratively, accept overseas travel, and preferably have overseas work experience. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
