How you make the differenceAs a National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across national clients, strengthening strategic retailer relationships, optimizing product visibility and promotional activities, and delivering sell-out performance in line with company objectives.
How your agenda looks like:
- Ensure the achievement of business KPIs and objectives through effective negotiation and management of commercial agreements with the customer.
- Deliver on sales targets and objectives.
- Drive the optimal category mix within the company portfolio to maximize customer profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement tailored Category and Trade Plans for the customer.
- Design and execute customer‑specific promotional plans.
- Identify new business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability across categories.
Your team:
This position reports to the Customer Team Manager and closely collaborates with the wider Sales Team, as well as with cross‑functional commercial and corporate departments.
What makes you a great fit:
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
- 4+ years of experience across Sales and Trade Marketing functions, preferably in FMCG or retail environments;
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset;
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent Italian and good English proficiency;
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills;
- Results‑oriented, proactive, and team‑player attitude.
