The Export Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of PVC and PET decorative films for furniture, doors, and flooring applications across predefined geographical regions. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, appointing and engaging new agents and distributors, and managing client relationships. The Export Manager will work closely with various departments — including Customer Service, Quality Control, Finance, Supply, and Production — to achieve the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular customer visits Provide report of trade market visit (visit report) Support the growth of our business with acquisition, prospection and/or development of new Clients, Agents and/or Distributors within the assigned regions (identify new market opportunities and potential customers in international markets) Participate of Fairs and events to engage and prospect clients and stakeholders Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and potential international clients Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management Make plans to achieve / exceed export sales target Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customers Develop and implement export strategies to increase market share in existing and new markets Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats Develop pricing strategies and negotiate con
