Etjca Group S.p.A. Divisione Contact & Customer Care – Filiale di Roma Galati is recruiting a Call Center Associate – Inbound Telephone Support (E-commerce sector) for a prominent contact center company in Taranto. The role involves providing support to customers via inbound calls, email and chat. No sales activities are required.
Training will be provided: pre‑contractual professional training in Taranto starting 25/05/2026, with reimbursed expenses of €4.50 per training hour (Formatemp course is reserved for unemployed individuals). Initial contract for 1 month in temporary employment, with possibility of extensions. Position level: II – CCNL Telecomunicazioni. Work schedule: part‑time 20 hours per week, with optional overtime paid. Shift schedule: Monday to Sunday with a rotation of two days off; working hours 6:00–24:00. Work location: Taranto.
Requisiti richiesti
* Diploma of middle school or higher (mandatory).
* Good communication and linguistic abilities.
* Will to communicate by phone and assist customers.
* Motivation, empathy and goal orientation.
* Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
* Flexibility, dynamism and teamwork orientation.
