Preferably in the squares of Rome and Florence. /li liMastery of English and any other language is an advantage, but not essential. /li liYou are dynamic and great at growing and cultivating lasting relationships. /li liYou are a proactive and experienced person, with great enthusiasm and self-motivation. /li liYou are able to work efficiently and effectively in a rapidly growing environment that relies in many ways on being flexible and moving quickly. /li liYou want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way. /li /ul h3What you’ll do…. /h3 ul liWorking closely with our Cluster Director of Sales, you will actively win over new business and manage key relationships while working towards segment revenue goals and KPIs. /li liResponsible for driving corporate room nights into The Hoxton Florence and The Hoxton Rome from both global and local accounts in line with the hotel’s strategies and budgets. /li liGenerate new business through market research and liaising closely with Accor and The Hoxton global sales team. /li liWe’ll look to you to build up account management plans, making sure you’re “in the know” on the latest market news and competitor insights too. /li liPrepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts. /li liResponsible for ensuring Agency 360 reports are utilised to review market penetration, grow market share from account base and look for new business opportunities. /li liEnsure rate loading accuracy across account base and that rates are loaded and bookable by given deadlines. /li liOrganise show rounds, HOX sleepovers, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations to maximise The Hoxton’s exposure amongst key decision makers. /li liCross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximise revenue opportunities. /li /ul pbThe Hoxton Rome /b is part of a series of open-house hotels, each set in a neighbourhood we love.
