The overall role will be to coordinate design, development and validation teams through their program related activities and ensure launch successfully. First role will be for xEV vehicle programs, mainly based in Turin. /p h3Main Activities /h3 pJob Responsibilities include: /p ul liCoordinate the end‑to‑end technical component solution with the support of development representatives (i.e. Technical Project Managers – TPMs). /li liCollaborate with TDMs/TPMs in other areas of Stellantis (Brain, OTA, ADAS, CSX…) to ensure cross‑domain dependencies are clear, reviewed, considered. /li liCreate, maintain, monitor and present the major program KPIs: Feature Roll‑Out Plan, Validation Status, Defect Convergence Curve. /li liPresent the Program status on a weekly basis to FEAB organization. /li liSupport CME presenting status updates at management level, to ensure names/dates/deliverables can be tracked and support awareness to the global program team. /li liEnsure the readiness of the program for the main PDP milestones and discuss it with QUAL, taking advantage of the CKPT quality manager support. /li liEscalate technical conflicts between groups/organizations to CME and leadership to align on solutions and deliver on chosen decision. /li actively address open points and issues and bring them to resolution to ensure successful project outcome. liManage technical arbitration on open topics and on change request to correctly schedule them in the program roll‑out without impacting the delivery. /li liEnsure validated component testing meets all functional and performance objectives. /li liMeet timing and cost objectives. /li /ul pKey interactions are with CKPT development team, Brain development team, SSAD design team, UXE/D design team, IVDO Integration Validation, xEV FEAB organization, xEV vehicle team, QUAL. /p h3Profile /h3 pbBasic Qualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience. /li liA minimum of 10 years of professional experience in automotive related roles. /li liPrevious experience with onboard ECUs program management with successful track record of delivering features/programs. /li liExperience with Quality, Timing, Cost, Planning (QTCP). /li liAbility to work in a globally distributed team across multiple time zones. /li liBe goal‑oriented in the achievement of project results. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liEnglish Language – Fluent. /li liMicrosoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams – Proficient. /li liAgile Development Process – Intermediate. /li /ul pbPreferred Qualifications: /b /p ul liMaster's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or other directly related field. /li liItalian Language – Proficient. /li liCertification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) or related field. /li liStrong multi‑tasking capabilities in a cross functional setting. /li liExperience with risk management techniques and tools, and ability to effectively forecast and manage risk to connected vehicle launches. /li liAbility to create clear / concise presentations for review with multiple levels of management. /li liExcellent problem solving and communication skills both oral and written. /li liAbility to interact with business partners and service providers at multiple levels. /li liProven organization skills. /li /ul pThis role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in the automotive industry.
