Build a Site. Lead Production. An international cosmetics group is establishing a new industrial site in the Milan area (Italy), dedicated to bulk color cosmetics manufacturing (foundations, emulsions, color bases).This is a greenfield project:• Equipment delivery: Commissioning: The site will employ approximately 40–45 people and focus primarily on bulk color production (limited filling, except potential lipstick processes).We are seeking a production-driven leader capable of securing the industrial start-up and structuring operations from the ground up.
