Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute our commercial strategy for Italy, with a strong focus on retail chains (GDO).Actively use your existing network of buyer contacts to introduce our bakery portfolio.Present and position our frozen bakery / bake-off products to key decision-makers.Negotiate listings, commercial terms, and long-term agreements.Coordinate product launches, trials, and presentations with retailers.Provide regular market feedback, sales reports, and competitive insights. Profile We Are Looking ForMinimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in the bakery / frozen bakery / bake-off sector.Direct and current relationships with buyers of major Italian retail chains.Strong understanding of Italian GDO dynamics, listing processes, and pricing structures.Entrepreneurial, independent, and highly results-oriented approach.Available for freelance / commission-based cooperation.
