POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager will drive and monitor the exchange of information between the group manufacturing plants: Italy, Brazil, China. He ensure multidisciplinary connection with all departments during the project to exchange good competences and procedures on: Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality.
On these activities, the project manager will get the full support and needed information from the all the departments involved in the project: R&D, Purchase, Production, Logistics, Quality, After Sales
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive and monitor exchange of information between the group manufacturing plants: Italy, Brazil, China.
2. Support the exchange of competence and procedures in: Design: Bill of Materials, Technical drawings, Technical documentsQuality procedures: Suppliers inspections, Incoming inspections, Assembly line checks, final tests.Manufacturing: Production procedures and work instructions, Assembly tools and best practices.Procurement: Key suppliers, Lead times, Target volumes, target prices.
3. Monitor the project timeline and ensure the respect of the project milestones.
4. Support the exchange of information and cross communications by online team meeting and visits on site.
QUALIFICATIONS
5. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years prior related experience.
6. Higher technical education with mechanical or related profile
7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
