The Role: Discover Your Marketing Potential
You will join the Marketing team at our Business Campus in Spoltore (PE), living a concrete, challenging and high-impact experience.
Here, marketing is not theory — it’s decision-making, creativity and ownership.
What You Will Do
During this experience, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Bring innovative ideas to life through Packaging Design
2. Develop eye-catching POP materials for the point of sale
3. Actively contribute to ATL and BTL communication projects, connecting directly with consumers
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agencies, contributing to initiatives that actually reach the market.
Your Mission
You will actively contribute to:
4. Developing winning business and brand strategies, grounded in a deep understanding of consumers and markets
5. Defining strategic direction through analysis of local insights and competitive landscape
6. Building and strengthening Brand Equity, tailoring initiatives to regional needs

Requisiti
Who We’re Looking For

Requirements:
8. Master’s degree completed or in progress in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
9. Solid knowledge of strategic and operational marketing
10. Strong analytical and communication skills
11. Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint
12. Strong interpersonal skills and fluent English
