Position: Pastry Chef
* Prepare specific food items, such as pastries, chocolates, cakes, etc.;
* Follow the directions provided by our Pastry Chef;
* Collaborate with the Kitchen and restaurant team to ensure high-quality food and service;
* Mentor and oversee commis de partie and trainees within the Pastry Team.
Requirements
* At least one year of experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel;
* Passion for service and professional growth;
* Good communication skills in Italian (mandatory) and strong interpersonal skills.
