Main responsibilities: Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategy Manage your shop comprehensively (360° management) Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and exceed sales objectives Ensure and collaborate in implementing merchandising standards and optimizing sales space for maximum profitability Manage the warehouse, maintaining correct stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies Possess good product and fashion knowledge; know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standards Supervise customer reception, ensuring it aligns with POP MART guidelines Coordinate commercial and organizational activities for your store (animations, events, launches, CRM campaigns) Train new joiners and support their growth and development in collaboration with the team Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales team Monitor team performance using KPIs and achieve personal and store objectives; motivate the team to reach results Analyze KPIs related to customer behavior (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt) Ensure departmental targets and budgets are met Implement company procedures (regulations, safety) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central services Background Citizenship or Work Permit required At least 5-10 years' experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments Knowledge of main trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis, and reporting Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills Strong results orientation Excellent team management skills, ability to guide teams towards objectives, and foster team spirit Bachelor's or master's degree preferred Excellent Italian language skills; knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus It's all about PEOPLE!
