Their Sales department is hiring an ISAM (Inside Sales Account Manager). Whether clients need quick product enhancements, onsite engineering support, or rapid deployment, our client delivers. They enable digital transformation through network visibility, threat detection, and operational insights for OT and IoT environments.
As the ISAM, you will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, prospects, and customers, promoting the company's value proposition to various stakeholders. Your goal will be to generate high growth and repeatable business within your territory.

This role is ideal for an emerging sales professional with a track record of managing their territory and responsibilities effectively. You will leverage partners for growth and collaborate with teams such as Systems Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, Professional Services, Support, and Finance to close deals.
We seek someone with proven experience in Cybersecurity Sales, high energy, and the ability to handle multiple customer, client, and prospect cycles. The candidate should aim to generate a high volume of transactions monthly and quarterly while building relationships with key Nordic customers.
Responsibilities include:
* Focusing on new business development and lead qualification across various verticals in your territory.
* Achieving quota targets.
* Building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
* Providing accurate forecasts and business plans.
* Developing stakeholder relationships, evangelizing the value proposition, and securing renewals.
* Providing a premium customer experience as a trusted advisor and developing expertise in the company’s solutions.
* Coordinating all customer activities involving internal teams.
* Using CRM tools like Salesforce to share customer information.
* Collaborating with Marketing on events.
* Securing key reference accounts in relevant verticals.
* Representing the company's values and mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust.
Requirements for success:
* A proactive, hunter mindset with prospecting skills.
* A history of consistent, quarterly over-achievement.
* Experience selling Network, Security, and/or SaaS solutions with ACV targets.
* Direct sales experience, preferably with industrial automation, controls, or security clients.
* Knowledge of security principles and networking technologies is a plus.
* Background in OT/IoT, especially in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, etc., is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Ability to navigate customer decision processes.
* Experience building channel partner relationships.
* High integrity and a consultative approach to customer trust.
* Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.
* Proficiency in English and either Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
