Junior Auditor Automotive
The Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing warranty claims submitted by dealership departments to ensure compliance with warranty policies and internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit warranty repair orders and claims to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Verify proper documentation including technician notes, diagnostic results, parts usage, and labor times
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraudulent claims
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Aftersales, and Supplier Management teams to resolve complex warranty and recall-related issues
- Support negotiations with suppliers regarding warranty recoveries and recall campaign cost-sharing activities
- Analyze warranty and recall data using reporting tools and business intelligence platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in warranty administration, audit, dealership aftersales operations, supplier quality, recall campaigns, or automotive warranty management
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer warranty guidelines
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional situations involving suppliers, quality, and engineering departments
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working within multi-country or regional structures preferred
- Advanced English proficiency required, additional European languages are considered an advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the automotive sector with knowledge of supplier networks and component management
- Experience supporting Product Improvement Programs (PIP), recall campaigns, or field actions
- Strong negotiation skills, including supplier cost recovery and contribution discussions related to warranty or recall campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Power BI and reporting tools
- SAP knowledge for data consultation and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
Working Conditions
- CCNL: Commercio
- Employment Level: 2°-1°
- RAL: between €30.000 - €40.000
- Meal vouchers worth €5 day
- Initial fixed-term contract of 12 months, with the possibility of long-term employment thereafter
- Company equipment and work tools provided
- Hybrid work environment combining office-based (Turin) and remote work
