You will ensure that ABB fully understands market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.The work model for the role is: we could consider hiring a less experienced candidate (grade 14).This role contributes to the Electrification Smart Buildings division located in Vittuone (MI) with a focus on the Business line Energy Distribution.Main stakeholders are global markets and internal functions such as Sales, R&D, SCM, etc.Managing line protection devices from both a technical and a business perspective, establishing an international network, and representing the voice of the customer within our organization.Performing in-depth market analysis (trends, competition, standardization) and identifying customer requirements, value proposition, and unlocking new opportunities for ABB.Translating customer needs into technical requirements and taking the lead within the product development or cost streamlining process.Taking full responsibility for the profitability of the product ranges managed and for their future development.Initiating and driving go‐to‐market strategy, such as launch planning and product implementation in conjunction with global sales and marketing.Managing the full life cycle of the respective product portfolio.
