We are looking for a Legal Counsel – Commercial Digital to join our Legal Compliance Department, playing a key role in providing legal support to the company's commercial and digital functions. We are growing rapidly, both nationally and internationally. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProviding legal support to the commercial teams on multiple business initiatives, including sales, supply of goods, marketing, digital, and e‑commerce activities. /li liDelivering day‑to‑day legal advice and supporting the implementation of international business projects. /li liDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of documents and agreements including SPAs, website TCs, prize contest regulation, sponsorship agreements, contracts with agencies and content creators, other service agreements, NDAs, settlement agreements, etc. /li liProviding strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on Marketing, Communication and Creative initiatives working under tight deadlines. /li liManaging negotiations, customer complaints, and potential disputes involving customers and consumers. /li liAdvising in general on matters relating to commercial law, consumer law, competition law, e‑commerce and digital and IP rights. /li liActively supporting omnichannel transformation and digitalization projects across the business. /li liLiaising with competent authorities as well as internal and external stakeholders when required. /li liPromoting a culture of compliance through training initiatives, guidelines and monitoring activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Law obtained in Italy. /li liQualified attorney (passed the Italian Bar Exam) with 3–4 years post‑qualification experience ideally spent within an international company of the retail sector or international law firm advising corporate clients of the retail sector. /li liStrong knowledge of commercial law, competition law, marketing and consumer law, digital law. /li liSolid understanding of data protection and privacy regulations. /li liInternational mindset with excellent command of English, both written and spoken. /li liAvailability for occasional national and international business travel (up to 10 % of working time). /li /ul h3We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in dynamic, cross‑functional environments /h3 pEquipped with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; detail‑oriented, with a strong risk‑awareness mindset; passionate about the retail, digital, and e‑commerce sectors. /p h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to join an international and fast‑evolving organization. /li liExposure to cross‑functional and omnichannel projects. /li liCollaborative and innovation‑driven working environment. /li liEmployment under the 1st Level DMO (CCNL DMO) with a compensation package commensurate with experience. /li liUp to 12 days of remote working per month, in accordance with the company policy. /li liMeal vouchers worth €5.16 per working day. /li /ul pLocation: Cologno Monzese (Milan Area), Italy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
