Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
* Drive business growth by leading strategic initiatives, identifying new markets and client segments.
* Plan and execute commercial strategies, including promotional activities to increase visibility and market reach.
* Source new clients in target markets, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
* Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, delivering measurable outcomes.
* Lead proposal development in collaboration with Market Access teams to secure new projects.
* Gather and share customer insights to influence product innovation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive project delivery.
* Support and report to the Head of Market Access, contributing to strategy and providing updates.
* Represent the company externally at industry events and networks to promote expertise.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
* Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting, contracting, and account management.
* Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
* Ability to engage and influence senior/executive clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, or related fields.
* 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech.
* Familiarity with regulatory and market access in healthcare industry.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Effective across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
