Join us and be part of a company that’s reshaping the way businesses work.As a Junior Indirect Sales Executive you will be managing a portfolio of Odoo Partners, as well as being involved in business development with prospects.You have the unique opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of Odoo Partners, i.E. IT consultancies, system integrators, representing their main point of contact in OdooAct as a business coach: onboard new Partners and coach them on strategic and commercial best practices, as well as developing product training plans Help Odoo Partners define their go-to-market strategy, from definition to closing of their first contractsLead Odoo Partners to grow their Odoo business, advising them on market positioning, targeting, sales excellence and functional and technical product trainingQualify inbound leads, conduct tailored product demos in collaboration with Odoo PartnersNegotiate licenses, cloud services and pricing with both partners and customers and promote the right value proposition Develop high potential Partners to become the next Silver and Gold PartnersRequirements1 or 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Sales ConsultantFluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)Strong relational, communication and negotiation skillsProject Management ability - Manage timelines, priorities, and Partner evolutionStakeholders management - Nurturing relationships with our clientsNice to haveAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environmentPositive attitude and solution orientedProactive and collaborative attitude - You take initiative to help partners, customers, and your teamPassion for ITBased on your experience, the position offers a salary range between € 30.000 and € 36.000 plus uncapped commissions.What is great about this job?Commissions up to 1000%: can you smash the target?!Work across diverse industries, company sizes, and regions in ItalySupport and challenge your partners to grow their Odoo businessTake ownership of your success: you’ll be building your partner network from scratchBecome an Odoo expert: acquire technical and functional knowledgeHybrid work modality(3 days on site/2 fixed days on remote)At Odoo, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace that is diverse, inclusive, and truly authentic.
