Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop opportunities with prospects and targets.
* Bulletin and nurture relationships with new and current customers.
* Execute strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, quality assurance, manufacturing, and technical teams.
* Maintain detailed reports and manage CRM tools.
* Stay on top of market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
You
* A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
* Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* Proficiency in English; as well as Italian.
