Create and prepare all pastry items as required by the businessPrepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchenEnsure the kitchen is clean and sanitized at all timesOversee a team of junior pastry cooks and other staff members as necessaryMaintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredientsCarry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants preferred but not requiredCulinary diploma with a concentration in Pastry Arts or equivalent in experience strongly preferredTeam‐orientated and positive attitudeStrong communication skills a must
