JUNIOR GROUPS & EVENTS SALES EXECUTIVE – W ROME

YOUR MISSION
- Handle Groups & Events enquiries with speed, precision, and style
- Turn client needs into tailored proposals
- Support conversion from opportunity to confirmed business
- Work closely with all departments to bring events to life
- Keep the sales pipeline active, organized, and moving
What You’ll Do
- Respond to enquiries (email, phone, systems) in a timely, brand-aligned way
- Qualify leads and identify business potential
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contracting
- Follow up consistently to drive conversion
- Support upselling across rooms, spaces, F&B;, and experiences
- Coordinate with Operations, F&B;, Rooms, and Events teams
- Support BEO preparation and operational handovers
- Keep CRM and pipeline updated and accurate
