A REGULAR DAY AT WORK / MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As Sales Area Manager - Europe, you will be responsible for driving profitable Beverage equipment sales growth throughout Europe under the SPM Brand. You will manage the existing specialised beverage equipment distribution network and will further be responsible to find additional Beverage Dealers as well as establish Business with Beverage Companies and Ingredient Producers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Grow sales within Specialised Beverage equipment dealers and Ingredient's suppliers in Europe.
- Profitably sales growth, by developing the dealer network across the assigned geographical area
- Manage the distribution channels, following the Specialistic Approach and the Specialty Brand sales channels according to the Company strategy
- Implement distribution agreements and pricing structure together with management
- Develop promotions and actions to grow specific Beverage categories, countries or segments
- Secure a solid and regular base of sales per month
- Actively participate in trade shows and other industry events
- Actively provide market insight, to identify additional growth opportunities and understand the market needs to provide other areas within the organization.
- Manage implementation of payment terms, credit limit and collection of receivables
- Actively collaborate with Sales Order Processing team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B service and sales
- Experience in Hospitality sector is preferred
- Fluent English. Italian or other European Language will be considered a plus
- Available to travel up to 50% of working time
