Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Expand Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, to support the company’s strategic objectives.
2. Drive Business Growth: Lead strategic business development initiatives to fuel growth, focusing on new markets and client segments in healthcare technologies.
3. Plan and Execute Commercial Strategies: Collaborate on promotional and commercial activities to increase the company’s visibility and market reach.
4. Source New Clients in Target Markets: Proactively identify and engage new clients, especially in the US and Asia, to build a sustainable client base.
5. Build and Sustain Strategic Relationships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, aiming for tangible business outcomes.
6. Lead Proposal Development: Work with Market Access teams to create compelling proposals that secure new projects.
7. Gather and Share Customer Insights: Collect client feedback to influence product innovation and enhancement.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
9. Support and Report to Head of Market Access: Contribute to strategy development and provide updates on business activities.
10. Represent the Company Externally: Act as a company ambassador at industry events and conferences.
Required Experience:
1. Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, especially in Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
2. Proven success in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
3. Experience in full sales cycle, including prospecting and contract management.
4. Knowledge of European and JAPAC HTA processes.
5. Ability to engage and influence senior/executive clients.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
2. 7+ years in business development, commercialization, or innovation within pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
3. Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and market access requirements.
4. Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
5. Willingness to travel and work across multiple time zones and cultures.
6. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with a team-oriented attitude.
