Position Summary
The role is an Area Manager responsible for achieving sales goals for Fidia’s skin‑care products in the regions of Emilia‑Romagna, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Trentino‑Alto Adige. The Area Manager will lead and develop a team of medical representatives, ensuring they meet targets, maintain high performance and create a strong presence in the defined territories.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain sales in the specific territory, ensuring the achievement of area targets and related KPIs.
* Collaborate with the Line Director to define activities in the area of own competence, including market analyses and initiatives.
* Monitor the performance and KPIs of the medical representatives.
* Ensure adequate training and coaching of medical representatives in your team and support business development.
* Accompany, support, and mentor medical representatives, sharing procedures, company culture, and developing activity plans for the areas under their responsibility.
* Maintain and develop contacts with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
* Participate in territory initiatives, support the marketing function during product launches, and ensure the correct implementation of marketing and sales campaigns.
* Analyse, monitor and report sales data.
Requirements
* Degree, preferably in scientific disciplines.
* Previous experience in wound care, dermatology or aesthetics therapeutic areas.
* Preference for candidates with 2–3 years’ prior experience as an Area Manager.
* Candidates without people‑management experience will be considered if they have at least 5 years’ experience as a Medical Representative in the specified therapeutic areas.
* Good knowledge of the English language (ideally B2 level).
* Excellent knowledge of the Office package; knowledge of CRM Salesforce is appreciated.
* Result‑oriented mindset, coaching skills, innovative approach, analytical and negotiation skills.

* Open‑ended contract under the “A” grading of the chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.
* Salary between €56,800 and €71,000, plus a net annual per diem allowance equal to approximately 10% of the salary (based on field assignments).
