You will oversee the sales management activities in UK, DACH and Benelux, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the wholesale business, with a primary focus on womenswear brands, while also covering other brands, executing growth strategies and ensuring image enhancement for our collections.
Main responsibilities
Manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing accounts throughout the regions
Drive strong sales growth to meet and exceed sales targets, maximizing growth opportunities and focusing on business development
Manage commercial plans for accounts and lead negotiations
Follow up on customer enquiries, providing timely support and solutions
Manage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each customer
Plan, organize and manage customer appointments during market weeks and buying seasons
Supervise sales campaigns to ensure targets are met
Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and monitoring competitors
Requirements
At least 3 years of wholesale account management or buying experience at a multibrand retailer
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
Strong retail and commercial acumen
In-depth knowledge of the market and competitive landscape
Genuine passion for the retail environment and fashion industry, with an international perspective xlwpduy
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel frequently internationally
