Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers — serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more.We are looking for a Digital Product Manager.Objective of the position is acting as a bridge between markets, internal departments and external technology partners, contributing to the definition, development and lifecycle management of integrated digital services embedded in our products.Digital Product & Service ManagementContribute to the definition of digital product strategy for telemetry services, connectivity platforms and cashless payment solutions.Manage the product lifecycle of digital services, including maintenance, evolution and new feature development.Support the definition of integrated digital services embedded within hardware and software product ecosystems.Conduct market and competitive analysis on digital services, IoT platforms and payment technologies.Gather and translate market needs into functional requirements for digital solutions.Collaborate with regional markets to understand customer expectations and emerging digital opportunities.Act as the main interface between markets and R&D for digital service requirements.Translate market and business needs into product and functional requirements for digital solutions.Collaborate with R&D teams in the definition of technical specifications and system requirements supporting product development.Support the definition of digital architectures and integration requirements.User Experience & Service DesignContribute to the definition of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) for digital services and applications.Support user journey mapping and service design to improve digital interactions across the product ecosystem.Act as the first point of contact with external technology partners involved in digital services development.Degree in Engineering, Digital Technologies, Business or related fields~ Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)~3+ years of experience in digital product management, service management or similar roles.~ Experience working with digital platforms, connected products or IoT ecosystems.~ Experience with IoT architectures, telemetry data management and connected devices in industrial or B2B environments.Understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles applied to connected services.Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial or food & beverage sectorsPermanent full – time contractSmart working, Company canteen, Competitive reward salary
