The role will have direct responsibility for managing Key Accounts and existing customers, as well as developing new business within the assigned territories or market segments.
The resource will carry out all sales-related activities in line with the Sales Manager’s commercial guidelines.
The position is accountable for achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets, in accordance with Prym’s overall sales strategy.
Main responsabilities:
* Analyze profitability and commercial relevance of the existing and potential customers.
* Define and implement value-based sales strategies for assigned customers and territories, ensuring the achievement or overachievement of company and individual sales and margin targets.
* Build close customer relationships and develop strong personal connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Identify market trends and customer needs, proactively sharing insights with all relevant internal functions.
* Submit new product requests to Product Development in line with Prym’s sales strategy and market requirements.
* Define and maintain customer price lists.
* Define customer sales conditions in collaboration with the Sales Manager, including payment terms, freight costs, discounts, and sales incentives.
* Actively manage accounts receivable and overdue payments.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts using existing Demand Planning tools.
* Participate in trade fairs and company marketing events, including international events as required.
Requirements:
* Diploma/University degree
* Minimum of 5 years previous experience in the sales roles within components and accessories for the Fashion industry.
* Good SAP knowledge.
* Fluent in spoken and written Italian and proficient in English.
* Knowledge of German or French is considered a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
* High level of self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and results-driven attitude.
* Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
