Key responsibilities:
* Execute and optimize social media strategies that reflect Reschio’s unique brand identity, in line with the Bolza family’s vision.
* Manage and curate content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetics, and storytelling.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights to continuously improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to deliver visually impactful, strategically aligned content.
* Oversee community management, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and brand-consistent interactions with a global audience.
* Produce regular performance reports (weekly and monthly), tracking KPIs and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
* Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, tools, and platforms, proactively introducing innovative ideas to maintain Reschio’s leadership and relevance.
Skills and competencies required:
* Proven experience (5+ years) in digital and social media management, ideally within luxury, hospitality, or other high-end environments where brand identity and storytelling are critical.
* Fluency in English and Italian (C1 or above), with the ability to communicate seamlessly across both languages in a refined and brand-appropriate tone.
* Strong ownership and proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.
* Strategic and creative mindset to devise innovative content and campaigns while ensuring full alignment with the brand’s vision and the Bolza family’s direction,
* Advanced proficiency in social media and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics), with a data-driven approach to performance optimization and continuous improvement.
* Solid understanding of SEO/SEM and digital ecosystems, with the ability to integrate organic and paid strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion.
