Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis and influencing decision makers to drive growth.
* Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market insights with the Product Management team.
* Manage and develop the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program (STEP Program), focusing on sales revenue.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
* Handle end-user consultations, liaise with system integrators, and keep customers updated on product information.
* Develop project pipelines, increase revenue, and generate new customer relationships.
* Report weekly on sales and project progress, and analyze existing customer data.
* Contribute ideas for marketing plans, focus on product/channel/customer margins, and ensure accurate forecasting.
* Achieve budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven success in business development or sales, especially in demanding environments.
* Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including solutions presentation to end users and consultants.
* Ability to independently understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, IT & Networking channels, and potential customers.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturers is advantageous.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market presence.
* Independent thinking, good judgment, and team-oriented mindset.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all company levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role, ideally based in Milan or South Italy. Regular extensive travel within Italy and occasional international travel are expected.
