With a focus on sustainability 🌱, on a daily basis we support companies enabling them to improve their travel management through our constantly evolving services and solutions, always characterized by our tech attitude and smart and innovative processes. šŸš€\nWe know that success comes from People and deserves to be recognized.šŸ‘« Proactivity and Reliability, Kind collaboration, and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.\nIf you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups then BizAway is the company you have been looking for. 🤩\nWe are looking for\nWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales team.\nYour role in BizAway FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.\nResearch and prospect for new clients in Italy.\nRun outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.\nPresent our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).\nPresent live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.\nLead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.\nForecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.\nBe an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary.\nDefine Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.\nWork with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.\nProactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
