How you will contribute
1. Develop and maintain the ecommerce project roadmap, aligning with business goals and priorities
2. Identify key milestones, deliverables, and timelines for various ecommerce initiatives
3. Lead and manage multiple ecommerce projects from inception to completion
4. Define project scope, requirements, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with other key stakeholders
5. Work closely with IT, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce projects as well as collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed
6. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
7. Ensure all ecommerce projects meet quality standards and deliver a superior user experience
8. Generate detailed project reports and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
Who you are
9. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, IT or related field
10. 3-5 years of experience in similar role
11. Proven track record of managing and optimizing PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
12. Proven track record of successfully managing complex ecommerce projects
13. Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices
14. Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
15. An English and Italian fluent speaker, additional language is a plus
16. Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
17. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
18. Extremely organized and details oriented with strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
19. A strong team player, able to coordinate different stakeholder and build strong relationship
