Based in our Headquarter in Carpi, Modena (Italy), we are looking for a vibrant and energetic e-Commerce Allocator (temporary contract) who will report directly to the Buyer and support the Buying and E-commerce functions in dynamic and collaborative Teams.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support product allocation and replenishment for the e-commerce channel, ensuring product availability and optimal stock balance across categories and sizes.
* Monitor online assortment performance using analytical tools (GA4, Shopify analytics, ERP reports) and propose corrective actions to maximize sales opportunities.
* Analyze consumer behavior across digital touchpoints (PLP/PDP views, add-to-cart, conversion rate, size availability) to identify trends and opportunities.
* Create and maintain product master data within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Manage order entry and tracking in ERP and e-commerce platforms.
* Prepare regular reports on sales, stock, sell-in/sell-out, and category performance, highlighting insights specific to the digital channel.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Retail, Customer Service) to support product-related activities and problem-solving.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of allocation processes and digital merchandising strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2 years of experience in in a similar role - preferably in Retail Company;
* Basic Knowledge of Google Analitics, Shopify and PowerBi.
* Knowledge of MS Office environment, Excel (advanced level);
* Good knowledge of English;
* Accuracy and good organization;
* Team player mentality and high flexibility;
* Highly proactive and problem solving;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
